1. to develop movement literacy, to familiarise the students with different general physical education movements and to make them love them. 2. The course provides recreation for all participants, from learning the basic movements to learning the more serious sport-specific elements. 3. be able to break down goals into sub-goals, know the stages of developing movement skills and be able to apply them consciously in everyday life.
(a) have demonstrated during the training that they have the knowledge to - have a basic level of competence; - they know the value of the courses in the culture of movement; - have up-to-date knowledge in the relevant fields; - have acquired the knowledge of the elements of movement through the course, b) are able to apply their knowledge - have acquired the theoretically and practically sound knowledge, skills and abilities through the course - have the practical skills and competences necessary to develop the potential of the course; - the ability to deliver up-to-date content, c) have the professional attitudes and behaviour - the content, professional relevance, sense of responsibility and commitment of the course; - exemplary in the authentic transmission of dances with respect for moral standards and healthy lifestyles; - a success-oriented attitude, but also the ability to critically evaluate their own activities; - the ability to work in a group, to be collegial and to organise work effectively; - acceptance and tolerance of difference.

Mid-term study requirements:
- Students master the preparatory and introductory exercises related to the learning of physical education and the movement material of the different movement forms - Perform, demonstrate and apply the acquired movement material.
Exam requirements:
