Cél, hogy a hallgatók megismerkedjenek a minőségszemlélettel, a minőségügy alapjaival és a minőségmenedzsment rendszerek működésével. Megismerik továbbá a minőségmenedzsment rendszerek típusait, jelentősebb módszereit és technikáit. Megismerkednek a szabványok felépítésével és elmélyülnek az autóiparban használatos követelmények és szabványok rendszerében. Gyakorlati ismereteket szereznek e rendszerek kiépítésével, bevezetésével és fenntartásával kapcsolatos folyamatokról.
