Course objectives:
The objective of the course is to introduce and describe the most basic semiconductor devices, the circuits and connections based on them, and to characterize their limit values.

Knows the conceptual system related to their field of expertise, the most important relationships and theories. Has a comprehensive understanding of the main theories of their field in terms of knowledge acquisition and problem-solving methods.

Skills:

By completing this course, students will gain insight into the operation and circuit techniques of diodes, BJT, FET transistors, as well as the application possibilities of operational amplifiers. The acquisition of knowledge is supported by a measurement laboratory background.
