Course objectives:
The aim of the subject is to acquaint students with the basics of administrative law, many areas of economic law and the related elements of technological law.
Course content - lectures:

Within the course, students become acquainted with the basic concepts of law and the basics of administrative law. The course provides a comprehensive overview of many areas of commercial law: civil law, property law, private law contracts, the contractual background of the value creation process, company law, labor law, civil liability. The subject places explicit emphasis on technology law: intellectual property law, competition law, technology transfer agreements, data protection law, and electronic commerce law.

The most important competence to be acquired by the student is the understanding of the logic of law, the ability to handle regulatory solutions. Students make independent, professionally based decisions even in unexpected decision situations. In the course of the students professional duties, they also cooperate with qualified professionals in other (primarily economic and legal) fields. They are aware of the legal, economic, safety, social, health and environmental consequences of their work and decisions.
