Upon successful completion, students will understand the role of projects and project management within organizations, will be able to define project deliverables based on strategic objectives, identify key stakeholders influencing project success, prepare implementation plans, and analyze risks. They will be able to apply project control methods and utilize different organizational structures for project coordination.
