During the course, students gain comprehensive knowledge of supply chain operations, development, and strategic management, including the coordination of value-creating processes. They develop systemic thinking and problem-solving skills, enabling them to analyze and optimize complex logistics and procurement processes. Students acquire a solid understanding of Lean Management, Six Sigma, Just in Time, and continuous improvement principles and their practical applications for enhancing efficiency. They become capable of integrating digitalization and Industry 4.0–5.0 solutions into supply chain design and management. The course strengthens students’ strategic, analytical, and sustainability competences, which are essential for managing modern, environmentally conscious, and competitive supply chains.
