a) knowledge: Understands the structure, operation and domestic and transnational relations of business organizations, information and motivational factors, with particular regard to the institutional environment. They are familiar with the European integration process and the policies of the European Union related to their activities. b) Skills: After gaining practical knowledge and experience, they manage a medium-sized and large-sized enterprise, a complex organizational unit, perform a comprehensive economic function in a business organization, plan and manage complex management processes, and manage resources.
